About the game

playingcards.io is a collection of online multiplayer games, most of which you are probably already quite familiar with.

There’s Backgammon, Crazy 8’s, Cribbage, Joking Hazard (a Cyanide and Happiness version of Cards Against Humanity), Hearts, Go Fish, 500 – to name just a few. There is even an option to create your own custom board set up with cards/spinners/counters and pieces.

The site is simple to use and responsive – movements on the boards are instantly synchronised between players. Setting up a game between multiple players is super easy.

There’s no scoring or rule enforcement on the games, it’s all very free-form. There is no in-built chat platform so you will need to use another text/voice/video chat platform to communicate with your game buddy/s.
